  The hush puppies were good. The She Crab soup was not impressive. Calamari was ok. Flounder, shrimp & clams were lacking in flavor and freshness. Coleslaw was blah and fries nothing special. I would not recommend eating here. Family of four with tip was $105.00. Not worth it. Go to the seafood vendor near the Surf City bridge & make your own!

  What a wonderful family restaurant. Wait staff was accommodating. Food was excellent. The All You Can Eat Snow Crab Legs were so amazing. Some of the best my wife and I have had in years. So good as a matter of fact we went there on Monday and again Tuesday nights. Some other family members had steaks and other seafood offerings and we're equally as pleased. If I could have extended my vacation I would have loved to just to eat the AUCE again as they are offered only on Monday and Tuesday. The Views of the sunset and the sound were great. The restaurant decor was not fancy more family owned clean and perfect!

  Hush puppies were amazing and they kept coming. However, that's when the quality stopped. The Deviled Crab was disgusting, oily on the inside without even a hint of crab in it. Forced one out of the three down, but couldn't continue. Hoping for a fix I went and talked to the waiter who instead told me that "[While] the food may not be good to you, it's still good food." I was aghast at how unwilling he was to even offer a take two on the meal. Another in our group equated his clam strips to that of Long John Silvers at best.
  
  This family has been coming for years (loving it previously) and we were so excited to come. Never again.
